Jim Nelson Black, Ph.D.

Jim Nelson Black is senior analyst of Sentinel Research Associates and former executive director of the Wilberforce Forum, a public policy and worldview institute headed by Charles Colson in Washington, DC. An author, educator, and researcher, Jim has written six books on social and cultural issues, and has served as editor or collaborator on more than three dozen others. He is a member of the National Association of Scholars and a former professor of comparative and world literature at universities in the U.S. and abroad. Dr. Black holds BA, MA, and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Texas system and completed doctoral studies and dissertation research at the Sorbonne, in Paris. He has appeared on more than 400 radio and television broadcasts, and speaks to civic, professional, and college audiences on social and cultural issues. Richard Westfall

Richard Westfall is a broadcast and communications specialist with hands-on experience in the political and public policy arena. After moving to Washington, he worked for America’s Voice public affairs television, and subsequently as producer for several television programs. He then joined the staff of the Leadership Institute where he helped launch the Center for Print and Broadcast Media. In 2004 Rich founded his own business specializing in real estate development and funding. He is also involved in a wide range of broadcast and media-related activities, including professional narration and voiceovers, and is a certified trainer for Final Cut Pro professional video editing software.
